GovCon Department Buildout
My Business.
A Government Contracting
Department.
I already know my trade. I want a real system for finding, bidding and winning government work. Ocupacion builds it inside my business.
Build My DepartmentSound Familiar?
This Is
How I Bid Now.
- I search SAM.gov with no targeting strategy.
- I have no capture plan before an RFP is released.
- I start every proposal from a blank document.
- I have no bid/no-bid process, so I pursue everything or nothing.
- I have no SOPs. Government contracting runs from my memory.
You Know Your Trade.
Ocupacion Builds The Department.
Government contracting should operate like a department, not a side project. Ocupacion builds the department. You already know the work.
